Nah, pretty sure you can't stack them. I tried that once with a first-order discount and a sale item, and it only let me use one. They're usually pretty strict about that.

From my experience, if it's coming from Dubai, it can take a bit. I ordered a watch a few months ago, and it was about a week and a half, maybe two to California. Definitely not next-day stuff.

Yeah, they ship from Dubai, so it's not super fast. I'd factor in at least a week, probably more like 10 days just in case, especially with customs sometimes.
